Pastor

Dwayne is the primary pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. He is also a member of the Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He is the board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet and is a contributing author to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
